Century 21 Realty Partners to Collect Food Donations for Montgomery County Food Bank
THE WOODLANDS, TX (January 23, 2012) Woodlands realty company, Century 21 Realty Partners has joined forces with the Montgomery County Food Bank for their annual Souper Bowl of Caring food drive. Century 21 will be collecting non-perishable food items and monetary contributions through Sunday, February 5th. Donations can be dropped off at two of their three local offices, their Magnolia office, and the newly-opened Woodlands office located on the Waterway.

THE WOODLANDS, TX (January 16, 2012) Woodlands soccer club Texas Dutch Lions FC is holding tryouts for professional players for their men’s Premier Development League (PDL) teams. The club will promote two men’s teams, PDL and Super 20 (players born after 1/1/1992). Tryouts will be held on Saturday, January 21st, at 9:00 a.m. at Buddy Moorehead Stadium in Conroe, Texas.

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (January 12, 2012) - J. Beard Real Estate Company, LP, has brokered the sale of Panera Bread Restaurant building located at 3113 College Park Drive. The transaction, a single-tenant, NNN leased investment, was sold on behalf of the Owner, College Park Land Investments I, LLC to an out of state investor. D’Agostino Companies completed the build-to-suit for Panera Bread, which opened earlier this month as part of a 3.179 acre, mixed-use site being developed with the restaurant and a 30,000sf medical office building. The medical building is scheduled for completion in mid to late 2012.

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (November 22, 2011) United Soccer Leagues (USL) recently announced that the Texas Dutch Lions FC will join the Premier Development League (PDL) for the 2012 season and will operate a team in the national women’s soccer league (W-League) starting in 2013. The organization will also acquire a USL professional team for the 2013 season. The Dutch-American youth and professional soccer club in The Woodlands is an affiliate partner of the Dutch Eredivisie club, FC Twente, and the English premier league club, Manchester United. Texas Dutch Lions’ parent company, Dutch Lions FC, already operates professional teams in the USL and the W-League, as well as a youth academy in Dayton, Ohio.
