Woodlands Panera Bread Restaurant Sold

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (January 12, 2012) - J. Beard Real Estate Company, LP, has brokered the sale of Panera Bread Restaurant building located at 3113 College Park Drive. The transaction, a single-tenant, NNN leased investment, was sold on behalf of the Owner, College Park Land Investments I, LLC to an out of state investor. D’Agostino Companies completed the build-to-suit for Panera Bread, which opened earlier this month as part of a 3.179 acre, mixed-use site being developed with the restaurant and a 30,000sf medical office building. The medical building is scheduled for completion in mid to late 2012.

The restaurant building was leased by The Cain Holding Group operating as Panera Bread. The Cain Holding Group currently operates nine Houston Panera Bread locations and has received the chain’s highest rating in customer service.
