New Japanese Restaurant Coming to The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (January 12, 2012) - A private partnership has purchased a 1.21 acre pad site at the intersection of Technology Forest Boulevard and Research Forest Drive for the completion of a full service Japanese restaurant. The purchaser currently owns and operates two Sakekawa Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar restaurants, including one located in Indian Springs Village of The Woodlands.

Tim Maczko of J. Beard Real Estate Company represented the seller, Everson Developments, LLC. The pad site with frontage on Research Forest Drive was part of a three phase, mixed use development in The Woodlands situated on 9.0 acres acquired and developed by Everson Developments in 2009.
