2 Building Office Development Coming to The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (January 12, 2012) - The J. Beard Real Estate Company, LP, has brokered the acquisition of a 2.106 acre site within The Woodlands, Texas. The site, located adjacent to the Alden Bridge Village Shopping Center at the intersection of Ginger Jar and Kuykendahl Road, is situated within the Village of Alden Bridge. The tract was purchased from The Woodlands Land Development, LP on behalf of Alden Land Development, LP, a private partnership.

The site will be developed with a 2-building office project by Everson Developments, LLC. Development plans include two 10,000sf office buildings to be constructed for office, medical, and professional use. The J. Beard Real Estate Company is handling the marketing, sales, and leasing of the buildings. With several users and prospects already identified, projected completion of the project and delivery of available space is estimated to be August 2012.
